Beautiful vintage authentic Cartier Santos Galbee Ref, 2423, with automatic movement (which is a plus, since most Cartier watches come with quartz movement) in good condition. Classic Cartier Santos square case, made in stainless steel and 18k yellow gold accents, with case measuring 24mm in diameter.
It has a 18k gold aftermarket diamond bezel. Stainless steel crown with authentic Cartier Sapphire. Dial is white with yellow gold roman numerals and date is displayed between 4 and 5 o’clock, and signed ‘Cartier’, ‘Automatic’.
Bracelet is in steel with 18k gold screws characteristic of the brand, and fits a wrist with a maximum of 6.25 inches in diameter.
The watch is in good condition with light scratches throughout and showing light signs of wear. It comes with booklet and certificate of authenticity inside such booklet. It has not been serviced recently, but it's working properly.
